The City Walk Phase 2 project is a major development project in Dubai with a value of AED 900 million that encompasses construction of uninterrupted retail frontage, complemented by the walk designed to evoke European style streets and offer unique shopping experience.
With MERAAS as the developer, Core Emirates was appointed by AFE as their third party Commissioning Management Consultants.
Responsible for the coordination and completion of all remaining installation & commissioning activates to attain project Close-out. Core Emirates supplied several highly qualified project managers and engineers to effectively manage this high-profile development.
