Core Emirates were awarded a 5 Year framework agreement with our client looking at all existing assets across their entire portfolio. These facilities are household name’s across the GCC and Egypt. Our duties covered the following scope:
1 – Initial Audit. This is a comprehensive review of all MEP systems and existing documentation, both on and off site. In-depth tests have been carried on Ventilation, Fire Life Safety, Public Health, Electrical ELV and Specialist Services. Detailed reports, risk registers, recommendations and suggested management plans to close out rectification are progressively issued ensuring our client and FM teams are given invaluable guidance to enhance each assets operability.
2- Re Commissioning. Once the above has been completed, Core Emirates scope is to re commission all systems, whether that be re balancing HVAC systems using our own, in-house experienced team, management of subcontract vendors to ensure all defects have been closed out or compile updated Operating & Maintenance Manuals with the primary objectives to improve system performance, increase the life cycle of equipment and ongoing energy efficiency of the building.
