SERVICE :COMMISSIONING MANAGEMENT
The Arzanah Wellness & Diagnostic Centre consists of five floors, and two levels of underground parking. The centre itself will provide a broad range of medical specialties, including dentistry, dermatology, general practice and paediatrics, clinics and advanced diagnostic imaging.
In addition to Wellness & Diagnostics, this centre will include a minimally invasive spine surgery facility and the a knee and sports medicine centre.
Core Emirates were appointed directly by the Main Contractor (Habtoor Leighton Group) to manage the commissioning process following a change in contract conditions. We were responsible for the coordination and completion of all commissioning activates including the management of operating theatres and their related systems, medical gases, Fire alarms, nurse call systems etc, furthermore demonstrated all Cause and Effect tests to the relevant authorities.
Our team were instrumental in the developing / implementing the amended Life safety strategy to achieve the Civil Defence requirements and have since been commended for our efforts by the clients senior management team based on our “can do” attitude and ability to deliver the end goal.
