DAMAN TOWER – DUBAI

The Building is located in the heart Dubai International Financial Centre and is made up of two main sections: a lower rise office building forming a T-shaped configuration, with a taller 58 story, 205-meter-high residential and hotel building.

Core Emirates have been appointed by Habtoor Leighton Group as their third party Commissioning Management Company. Responsibilities included the coordination and completion of all commissioning activities, implementation / execution of the Integrated Cause and Effect tests along with the Integration Systems Test (IST). Furthermore, we have provided the entire O&M manuals for the project, both Civil and MEP.
