The Luxury Collection Hotel overlooks the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aqaba and a man-made lagoon, Al Manara houses 207 rooms and suites with water facing balconies. The property also features two villas. The luxury quality of the finishes is perfectly in sync with what someone would expect from a Luxury Collection property. So together with the interior designer, owner and the operator, Eagle Hills managed to not only align but also being the authentic Jordanian experience within the hotel.
We were appointed by the Developer, Eagle Hills, to conduct a detailed Peer Review of all MEP systems when the installation was considered to be entering the commissioning phase. Our team interrogated the compliance of all MEP systems and sub-systems against current regulations, highlighting any areas that could enhance the operational performance, energy consumption, buildability and commissionability of the remaining installation. Using our Core Centrum database, we utilized tablets to gather our data, with the object to provide our client with a detailed report moving forward.
