Strategically redeveloped to leverage its location, this five-star, Venetian-style village resort includes a 400-room hotel, restaurants and bars, a marina, underground garages and utilities, a 3,000-square-meter spa, furnished apartments and VIP chalets that resemble offshore “floating houses.” Four bridges connect the hotel to the rest of the site, which includes state-of-the-art conference facilities.
Core Emirates was appointed by the main contractor Habtoor Leighton Group as a replacement Commissioning Management Consultant following failures of another vendor. We were made fully responsible for the all pending installation sign off inclusive of design close out leading to the approvals of all commissioning activities associated with the project. Furthermore, we provided dedicated resource to continue throughout the defects liability period and were also scoped to re generate all project O&M’s that had been previously rejected.
