Sinogulf International Tower has 23 commercial floors (27 floors in total) providing approximately 41,000 m2 NLA (440,000 sqft). Designed as a modern contemporary landmark, it will provide an international specification of Grade A offices. The building will include high speed vertical lifts, raised floors, fitted ceilings, ample basement parking and ancillary ground floor retail. The development benefits from its position between the existing Central Business District and the International Airport and has excellent access from major arterial roads.
Core Emirates were appointed as the projects Commissioning and LEED Commissioning Authority (CxA) to achieve EA: Prerequisite 1 – Fundamental Commissioning of the Building Energy Systems.
