THE ADDRESS BOULEVARD HOTEL & RESIDENCE – DUBAI

The Address Residence the Boulevard is a residential facility comprising of a five-star hotel together with serviced residences, located in downtown Dubai, near The Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. Upon completion, the 72 story building and includes 200 hotel rooms and 523 serviced apartments., moreover the facility has direct access to Dubai Mall from Hotel Lobby and is currently the second tallest tower in Downtown Dubai at 370 m in height.

Core Emirates was originally appointed by the MEP vendor but subsequently transferred over to the developer, Emaar acting in the capacity of the Independent Commissioning Agent. We were responsible for the coordination and verification of all of pending installation and commissioning activates tasked to manage multiple contractors and specialist vendors including handover to the operator. Core Emirates supplied several highly qualified project managers as well as site engineers to effectively manage this prestigious project.
